Phase 1 starts while the individual receiving services is incarcerated and has been established from lived experience and numerous interviews. Phase 2 concentrates on bridging the gaps between re-entry and community supports, corrections and treatment while Phase 3 hopes to eliminate recidivism with an empowering process of emancipation from a system of dependence.
